Every dog is walked at least twice every day – with other dogs if it is sociable
and enjoys their company – or alone if not. They also have
the benefit of enclosed runs and can get exercise and fresh air away from the kennel. Being in a kennel is not something that
many dogs are used to and we feel it is essential to have this space for them.
All of our kennels have heating in the bedding area (heating
costs included in the price), the kennels face outwards towards the runs and are not fully indoor meaning the dogs have fresh
air throughout the day. In times of bad weather we have roll down shutters to prevent drafts and severe conditions getting
to the dogs.
Our
kennels are very secure. They are located at least one mile away from a main road and have the benefit of security cameras
and shutters for at night. Ruth Haycox, the kennels manager, lives on site giving even more security.
One of the staff
runs a dog grooming salon from the kennels, making it easy for you to pick up a happy, healthy and clean pet!
